Christina Harrington
Christina Harrington, disABILITY Program Specialist, is a key member of the Empowerment Team. In that role, she supports WorkSource centers by providing staff training, technical assistance, referrals to community-based organizations serving persons with disabilities, and employer education and support. She is also a certified Legacy Trainer.
In addition to her regular duties, Christina has provided valuable research and editing assistance in the development of Legacy online and live training modules. Prior to joining the EmployABILITY program, she was a Job Developer with Penny Lane, working hands-on with dual diagnosis At-Risk Youth. Christina has been highly successful at serving the employment needs of people with disabilities by developing productive relationships between the hard-to-serve and employers within the community.
