Michael Pearson, President of QUEST Diversity Training & Consulting, a nationally recognized firm specializing in developing programs for government and private industry organizations that provide employment services to persons with disabilities. He has a 30-year track record of creating highly successful and innovative programs in the areas of accessible workplace environments for persons with disabilities, and staff training and development for diverse careers including human resources specialists, vocational rehabilitation counselors, and workforce development professionals. His education includes an M.A. degree in Urban Planning, an MDiv. in Counseling, and professional certifications in staff training, assistive technology, and workplace ergonomics.
Michael created the LEGACY Diversity Training program, a state-of-the-art online and live training program developed specifically to equip workforce development professionals with the skills to deliver quality employment services to persons with disabilities.
